Pear-tatoe Leek Bisque

after waiting patiently all summer, for the sun and rain to do their job, I finally picked the leeks from my garden yesterday, and had myself a relaxing afternoon crafting this soup.... which turned out to be very delicious, so I figured I'd share it with everyone along with my process....    recipes
